Getting Started

What documents will I need to refinance?

• A copy of your most recent six months Home loan statements for all the loans you wish to refinance.
• A copy of your most recent three months credit card statements for all your credit cards being consolidated.
• A copy of your Council Rates notice for property/s used as security for your loan.

Personal details – proof of identity

We’ll need to see a copy of your:

• Driver’s License, or
• Photo Identification Card, or
• Passport.

Proof of income

Provide the following:

If you are employed by someone

• Three most recent payslips.
• Your most recent financial year PAYG summary (group certificate).

If you are self-employed

• Copies of your last two years’ personal tax returns and most recent ATO assessment notice.
• Copies of your last two years’ company/business/trust tax returns. This also includes your balance sheets, profit and loss statements and most recent ATO assessment notice.

If you receive a rental income (investment property)

• A copy of your latest rental statement from your real estate agent.
• A copy of your latest tax return clearly showing your rental income.
